You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their service listings and quotations.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors registered on SolarBazaar must:

Hold valid business registration and applicable licenses.

Provide honest and accurate quotations.

Fulfill their service commitments to customers.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of SolarBazaar / MAKSOF Technologies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SolarBazaar does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor information or the outcome of any solar installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolarBazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any vendor's services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
