Cancellation Policy

1. Vendor Subscription Cancellations


Monthly Plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your vendor portal.
  • Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

  • Annual Plans:

  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for the unused portion of the annual term.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid annual period.

  • 2. Free Trial Cancellations

  • The 7-day free trial can be cancelled at any time without charge.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends and have a saved payment method, your subscription will convert to the selected paid plan.

  • 3. Failed Payments & Automatic Cancellation

  • If a payment fails, we will retry the charge after 1 day, then again after 2 days.
  • After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your portal access will be suspended.
  • You will receive email notifications at each failed attempt.

  • 4. Refund Policy

    SolarBazaar does not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription fees once a billing period has started.
  • Marketplace services already rendered.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at SolarBazaar's sole discretion. Contact info@solarbazaar.io to discuss your case.


    5. Cancellation of Customer Accounts

    Customers (non-vendors) may request account deletion by emailing support@solarbazaar.io. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
