1. Vendor Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Plans:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your vendor portal.Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.Annual Plans:
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.No pro-rated refunds are provided for the unused portion of the annual term.Access continues until the end of the paid annual period.2. Free Trial Cancellations
The 7-day free trial can be cancelled at any time without charge.If you do not cancel before the trial ends and have a saved payment method, your subscription will convert to the selected paid plan.3. Failed Payments & Automatic Cancellation
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge after 1 day, then again after 2 days.After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your portal access will be suspended.You will receive email notifications at each failed attempt.4. Refund Policy
SolarBazaar does not offer refunds for:
Subscription fees once a billing period has started.Marketplace services already rendered.Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at SolarBazaar's sole discretion. Contact info@solarbazaar.io to discuss your case.
5. Cancellation of Customer Accounts
Customers (non-vendors) may request account deletion by emailing support@solarbazaar.io. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
