1. About SolarBazaar

SolarBazaar is an online marketplace platform that connects customers seeking solar energy solutions with verified solar installation vendors across Pakistan. We provide tools including a solar load calculator, vendor comparison, quotation management, and a full vendor management portal.

2. Marketplace Services (Free for Customers)

All marketplace services are free of charge for end customers:

Browsing and comparing solar vendors.

Using the solar load calculator and getting energy estimates.

Requesting quotations from multiple vendors.

Reading solar energy blogs, guides, and educational content.

3. Vendor Subscription Plans

Vendors pay a monthly subscription to list their business on SolarBazaar and access the vendor portal. The following plans are available:

Starter Plan — PKR 5,999/month

Company profile listing on the marketplace.

Access to the vendor portal (projects, tasks, inventory, CRM).

Standard customer leads.

Up to 3 team members.

Basic analytics dashboard.

Growth Plan — PKR 9,999/month

Everything in the Starter plan.

Priority customer leads.

Up to 10 team members.

Advanced analytics and reporting.

Dedicated account manager.

Elite Plan — PKR 14,999/month

Everything in the Growth plan.

Premium high-intent customer leads.

Unlimited team members.

Priority support with dedicated account manager.

Featured vendor placement on the marketplace.

4. Free Trial

New vendors receive a 45-day free trial on the Growth plan. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, vendors can choose any plan to continue using the portal.

5. Billing & Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely through PayFast, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

SolarBazaar does not store credit/debit card numbers on its servers.

6. Price Changes

SolarBazaar reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

7. No Hidden Fees

There are no setup fees, listing fees, or commission charges. The subscription fee is the only cost for vendors.
