1. Scope of Services

SolarBazaar provides a digital marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between customers and vendors but are not a solar installation company ourselves. The actual installation and associated services are performed by independent registered vendors.

2. Vendor Verification

All vendors on the Platform undergo a verification process that includes:

Business registration document review.

Contact verification.

Service area confirmation.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement. SolarBazaar does not guarantee workmanship quality.

3. Quotations

Quotations generated on SolarBazaar are estimates based on user-provided data.

Final pricing is determined by the vendor after site assessment.

Customers are encouraged to compare multiple quotes before committing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your site and energy needs.

Verify vendor credentials independently before making payments.

Report fraudulent or misleading vendors to support@solarbazaar.io.

5. Dispute Resolution

SolarBazaar is not a party to any contract between a customer and a vendor. In case of a dispute:

Contact the vendor directly first.

If unresolved, report to us at support@solarbazaar.io and we will attempt mediation.

SolarBazaar's liability is limited to removing non-compliant vendors from the Platform.

6. Platform Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Platform to:

Post false or misleading information.

Spam other users or vendors.

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Conduct any activity that violates Pakistani law.
