Overview
Simpliphi is industry recognized for its well made and reliable batteries. It also happens to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing batteries on the market as well.
The PHI 2.4™ kWh 250 Amp deep-cycle Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery is optimized with proprietary cell architecture, power electronics, BMS and assembly methods. It is modular, light- weight and scalable for installations that range from kWh to MWh. Provides power security and seamless integration of renewable and traditional sources of energy in conjunction with or independent of the grid: net zero, peak shaving, emergency back-up, portable and mobile.
Features:
24V LFP battery with proprietary architecture and Battery Management System (BMS)—does not require ventilation, cooling or thermal regulation
Compatible with all industry standard inverter/charge controllers
Drop in replacement for lead acid
LFP is the safest, most environmentally benign Lithium Ion chemistry available—no cobalt, risk of thermal runaway or fire
No AC or toxic liquid cooling—negligible parasitic drain —long cycle life
Non-toxic and non-hazardous recyclable materials

How to read this datasheet
Detailed specifications for SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery have not been published yet. Simpliphi lists this battery in the Batteries, and we add fields as the manufacturer releases them — in the meantime, ask your distributor for the datasheet before ordering.
For a battery, the figures that matter most are cycle life at a stated depth of discharge, commonly 3,000–6,000 cycles for LiFePO4, round-trip efficiency, around 90–95% for lithium and 75–85% for lead-acid, communication protocol (CAN or RS485) for talking to the inverter and nominal capacity in ampere-hours (Ah) or kilowatt-hours (kWh). Storage is what turns a solar array from a daytime bill-reducer into a system that covers evening loads and rides through outages. It is normally the single most expensive component, so sizing it correctly matters more than with any other part.
Choosing a battery: the checks that matter
The checks below apply to any battery. Run them against the specification table above — most disappointing solar purchases are compatible-on-paper units that fail one of these in practice.
- Check the continuous discharge rating against your inverter. A battery that stores plenty of energy but can only deliver 50 A cannot support a large inverter at full output.
- Match voltage to the inverter, and confirm the battery appears on the inverter maker's supported list. Closed-loop communication lets the inverter respect the battery's real charge limits instead of guessing.
- Read the warranty in full: lithium warranties are stated as a term plus either a cycle count or a total energy throughput, and whichever limit arrives first ends the cover.
- Leave room to expand. Packs that parallel cleanly let you add capacity later; ones that do not force a full replacement.
What people get wrong
- Sizing the bank for total daily consumption rather than after-dark consumption, which typically doubles the cost for no benefit.
- Installing lithium packs in an unventilated, hot enclosure. Sustained high temperature is the fastest way to lose cycle life.
- Ignoring the charge current limit and pairing a large array with a small bank, which trips protection and shortens life.
Price and availability in United States
SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery is listed at $ 3,029 (USD) for United States. Solar pricing moves with supply, import duties and exchange rates, and distributors set their own margins, so treat this as a comparison reference and confirm the current figure before you order.
SolarBazaar compares equipment rather than selling it. Shortlist here on specification and price, then buy from an authorised distributor or installer in United States: warranty cover on solar hardware is normally honoured through the channel you bought from, so confirm who supports Simpliphi locally before ordering.
SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery — frequently asked questions
How much does SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery cost?
SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery is listed at $ 3,029 (USD) for United States. The figure is indicative — solar prices move with supply, duties and exchange rates, and each distributor sets its own margin — so confirm the current price with a supplier before ordering.
Who makes SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery?
SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery is a Simpliphi product, listed under batteries with model reference PHI-2.4-24-250. The Simpliphi brand page lists the rest of its range so you can compare across the catalogue.
Is SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery right for my system?
That depends on what it has to connect to. For a battery, check nominal capacity in ampere-hours (Ah) or kilowatt-hours (kWh), usable capacity after depth of discharge — LiFePO4 typically allows 80–100%, lead-acid closer to 50% and system voltage: 12 V, 24 V and 48 V for low-voltage packs, or a high-voltage stack against the rest of your equipment before price enters the decision. Size from your evening consumption. Add up what actually runs after sunset for the hours you want covered, then divide by the usable capacity per unit — that number, not the array size, sets how many batteries you need.
Where can I buy SimpliPhi - 2.4kWh 24V High Output LFP Battery in United States?
SolarBazaar lists and compares equipment rather than selling it. Use the specifications and price here to shortlist, then buy through an authorised distributor or installer in United States — buying in-channel is what keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid.
