Reading the specifications
Detailed specifications for Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 have not been published yet. Simpliphi lists this battery in the Batteries, and we add fields as the manufacturer releases them — in the meantime, ask your distributor for the datasheet before ordering.
For a battery, the figures that matter most are usable capacity after depth of discharge — LiFePO4 typically allows 80–100%, lead-acid closer to 50%, system voltage: 12 V, 24 V and 48 V for low-voltage packs, or a high-voltage stack, continuous charge and discharge current, which limits how much power you can draw from the pack and cycle life at a stated depth of discharge, commonly 3,000–6,000 cycles for LiFePO4. Storage is what turns a solar array from a daytime bill-reducer into a system that covers evening loads and rides through outages. It is normally the single most expensive component, so sizing it correctly matters more than with any other part.
What to check before ordering
The checks below apply to any battery. Run them against the specification table above — most disappointing solar purchases are compatible-on-paper units that fail one of these in practice.
- Read the warranty in full: lithium warranties are stated as a term plus either a cycle count or a total energy throughput, and whichever limit arrives first ends the cover.
- Leave room to expand. Packs that parallel cleanly let you add capacity later; ones that do not force a full replacement.
- Compare usable kilowatt-hours, not nameplate capacity. A 100 Ah lead-acid battery at 12 V is nominally 1.2 kWh but only about 0.6 kWh is safely usable, while a 100 Ah LiFePO4 pack gives you roughly 1.0–1.2 kWh.
- Size from your evening consumption. Add up what actually runs after sunset for the hours you want covered, then divide by the usable capacity per unit — that number, not the array size, sets how many batteries you need.
What people get wrong
- Ignoring the charge current limit and pairing a large array with a small bank, which trips protection and shortens life.
- Mixing old and new batteries, or different chemistries, in one bank. The weakest unit drags the whole bank down and can be damaged by the others.
- Sizing the bank for total daily consumption rather than after-dark consumption, which typically doubles the cost for no benefit.
Price and availability in Saudi Arabia
Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 is listed at $ 2,683 (USD) for Saudi Arabia. Solar pricing moves with supply, import duties and exchange rates, and distributors set their own margins, so treat this as a comparison reference and confirm the current figure before you order.
SolarBazaar compares equipment rather than selling it. Shortlist here on specification and price, then buy from an authorised distributor or installer in Saudi Arabia: warranty cover on solar hardware is normally honoured through the channel you bought from, so confirm who supports Simpliphi locally before ordering.
Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 — frequently asked questions
How much does Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 cost?
Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 is listed at $ 2,683 (USD) for Saudi Arabia. The figure is indicative — solar prices move with supply, duties and exchange rates, and each distributor sets its own margin — so confirm the current price with a supplier before ordering.
Who makes Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60?
Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 is a Simpliphi product, listed under batteries with model reference PHI-3.5-24-60. The Simpliphi brand page lists the rest of its range so you can compare across the catalogue.
Is Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 right for my system?
That depends on what it has to connect to. For a battery, check nominal capacity in ampere-hours (Ah) or kilowatt-hours (kWh), usable capacity after depth of discharge — LiFePO4 typically allows 80–100%, lead-acid closer to 50% and system voltage: 12 V, 24 V and 48 V for low-voltage packs, or a high-voltage stack against the rest of your equipment before price enters the decision. Leave room to expand. Packs that parallel cleanly let you add capacity later; ones that do not force a full replacement.
Where can I buy Simpliphi - 3.5 kWh 60 Amp deep-cycle 24 Volt - PHI-3.5-24-60 in Saudi Arabia?
SolarBazaar lists and compares equipment rather than selling it. Use the specifications and price here to shortlist, then buy through an authorised distributor or installer in Saudi Arabia — buying in-channel is what keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid.
